Goal
Learn how to find professional support.
To find more long-term professional help, consider finding a healthcare provider.
While this may appear complicated, there are many free or low-cost provisions, especially for youth. You can also check locally through local mutual aid communities or even a localized community you belong to, such as your high school or university. If you are looking for accessible resources and professional help, making your first stop at your own university or school will help you to see what is available to you.
